At Pyramid Fitness we provide private “one on one” or a small group fitness training sessions in our state of the art facility. We have expanded! Our new multipurpose room allows us to train 20 people at once. This "wide-open" setting is closed off from the rest of the gym so that we ensure our clients privacy and we have ample room to move around and not be limited to small movements. The wide space also decreases the risk of running into things, tripping and/or feeling unsafe. Also, having their own space offers the client a degree of comfort that he or she likely doesn't have in the larger gym setting. When the client is feeling comfortable, he or she will feel less self conscious about body image and performing basic exercises.

With rising awareness has come a growing desire to create positive change, and fitness professionals are in a powerful position to help facilitate this change. The combination of eating healthy foods and an active lifestyle will decrease the chances of life threatening diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, cancer and heart disease. If your child is over weight, act now. Our youth fitness classes are $ 20.00 per class for a package of 10 sessions. Try a class and if you like it, it will count as one of your 10 sessions.
