Drug charges were brought against a 22 year old Newark woman after a traffic stop in Livingston.

According to police, Officer Derek Wyatt was on routine patrol on South Orange Avenue on Wednesday, March 10. At about 5:10 p.m., he spotted a car with a broken tail light. Upon closer examination, he observed that the 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix had a temporary paper registration in the rear window that appeared to have been tampered with. He pulled the driver over near the intersection of Kennedy Parkway.
