The Livingston Youth & Community Services organizatoin known as LYCS is leadership, drug prevention program in Livingston for students in 3rd-12th Grade. LYCS is funded by the Township of Livingston and the Livingston Municipal Alliance Committee (LMAC). LYCS' Goals: The primary goal of LYCS is to be a community based mental health resource that identifies and implements Wellness programs for all Livingston youth

Our other goals are:
- To reduce the incidence of substance abuse among the adolescent population.
- To have Livingston's youth make healthier life choices.
- To increase the level of education and knowledge about substance abuse.
- To provide opportunities for Livingston youth to engage in healthy social recreation.

LYCS is comprised of three separate age groupings:

Leaders (3rd - 6th Grades)	Peer Leaders (7th – 8th Grades)	Peer To Peer (9th – 12th Grades)

Each age group is comprised of four activity components:

(2)Recreation

(3)Training

(4)Community Service

*Our curriculum is developmentally age appropriate.
